With over two decades negotiating multi-billion dollar transformation deals, acquisition and divestment programs, and joint ventures all while driving innovative buying strategies, raising profits and reducing business risk, Kelli is a seasoned negotiator and legal mediator with a track record supporting some of the biggest brands in the aviation, consulting, energy, TV/ film media, software and telecoms sectors. Kelli founded SPRING CPO in 2016 which is a UK-based executive advisory agency passionately focused on the transformational development and long-term profitability of its clients. In 2018, Kelli introduced her first Negotiation Essentials course as an in-person working group which has grown into an international digital program supporting users from all facets of business, education and community government. Kelli is the host of the popular international podcast "Kelli Confidential" providing hours of free negotiation tips & tutorials, market trends and critical insights for entrepreneurs and women finding their way in business.

  • How long will it take me to go through the course?

    That depends on you and how much time you wish to devote to the this study. Most people are able to complete the modules and the readings in 3-4 days, spending 30 - 45 minutes each day. We recommend doing a module at a time and setting a target of two weeks to complete - which seems to work well with most users.

  • How long will I have access to the course?

    You will have access to the course materials for one year from the time you sign up. That will give you time to complete the course and download all the materials which are yours to keep forever.
