This website (“Site”) is owned and managed by SPRING CPO LIMITED trading as “The Deal Academy” or “Kelli Wilks”, and also known as “Spring CPO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using this Site, and/or any of the services delivered, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, this Course Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any additional policies applicable to specific areas or use of the Site (together the “Terms”).
This policy should be read in connection with the Terms of Use, and together these constitute the entire agreement between you and Us and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Spring CPO Limited with respect to the Site.
WARRANTY
The purchase price (inclusive of any promotional discounts) of our active courses are displayed on the order landing and checkout pages. We offer a limited, 7-day refund guarantee that only asks that you submit the information you attempted during our program to prove you at least tried the methods and they didn’t work. This mitigates against unethical behaviour or from people buying the program for purposes of stealing our content and ideas. If you can provide us with the documentation that demonstrates you have tried the tools and the program simply does not work for you, we are happy to refund your payment subject to the stated 7-day refund window.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
For a full refund of pre-purchases, written cancellations must be received not more than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start date of the online course training (the “Cancellation Period”). Cancellations received two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the pre-purchase training are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received after this date – including for any real-time access purchases - are not entitled to a refund (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 7-DAY WARRANTY). Cancellations received after this date are not entitled to a refund and will be transferred to a course credit, such credit to be used within 30 days of the original course date. This policy is due to the real-time level of student support needed for our trainings, as well as space limitations. When you register for a course, you agree to these Cancellation and Refund terms.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any additional processing fees from Us as a result of this reimbursement.
CANCELLATION BY US
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our course programs, We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all prepaid course fees will be returned in full.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using this Site, you agree to adhere wholesale to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our services.
